I got servicing and wheel alignment done at the dealership after installing new tires. started hearing a knocking noise after I got the car back from them. checked under the car and to my horror the tie rod lock nut was completely loose. i checked the other wheel just in case, and I could loosen the lock nut with my hand. this could have been bad for my family and me. I left them a voicemail, an email, and logged an issue through their website, yet no one called me back. I was able to reach out to them today and they've asked me to bring the car in to check the issue. I'll update the review after I get an update from them tomorrow

I recently purchased a vehicle from Fremont Hyundai, and I must say that my experience was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive from the moment I walked through the door, and their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout the entire process. Not only did they offer a wide range of options, but the buying process was smooth and hassle-free. I appreciated the fact that they respected my time and provided all the necessary information without any high-pressure sales tactics. This made the decision-making process much more comfortable and enjoyable, for that special thanks to Rico Rodriguez!!

This branch is a joke. Brought my car in for catastrophic engine failure last year. Took them 3 weeks to even look at my car to determine it needed to be fixed before they would process it and get me a loaner vehicle. I was without a vehicle for 3 weeks, but it took other mechanics just minutes to determine the problem. Scheduled a recall fix this summer, took many attempts just to reach the service desk to book our appointment. Then The day finally came and they waited till we arrived at the dealership at 1pm to tell us they couldn’t perform the service for us. No call ahead. Then they promised they would reach out as soon as they could perform the service since they had to turn us away. That call never came. I had to make many more attempts to finally reach someone to book my appointment. Took about a month. I asked to speak to Miguel the manager since we were promised to be moved to priority since we were turned away, that call never came either. Then finally came the day for the second try and they booked tons of people for the same service appointment time, but only had 2 employees to process and check people in. The wait was ridiculous with a line of cars out to the street, I asked to speak with some one to help us and one of the employees decided to mock me and start issues instead of help. Don’t even bother with this branch. They will tell you what you want to hear to get you moving along instead of helping. Miguel the service manager doesn’t care his employee was rude to a customer. In fact he heard the incident and knew it happened, but when I contacted him later to talk about it he didn’t know any details, didn’t even check with his employees to see who was involved and what happened, I had to walk him through it like a child. You could probably get more help if you drive over to the zoo I’m sure the monkeys there can do a better job.

I've been looking for a new car for the past few months, and I'm glad that I went back to Hyundai as my 3rd car after getting my 1st car from them. I ended up looking for a 2023 IONIQ 5 SEL and was able to use their website to accurately figure out monthly payments I would make on the car. I was surprised how many cars they had in stock, and I was able to do a test drive that I enjoyed so much. Donavan Jones helped me out with the test drive and provided me exceptional product knowledge. Donavan is unlike any other salesman, he gave me great advice on why I should not wait because their inventory moves fast. He also helped me get rid of my current lease with Honda through their DGDG network because new rules in the contract prevent selling leases to other dealerships outside the brand/manufacturer. He went over the numbers and I was very satisfied. Switching over to an EV was very hard, but with the tax credits and great product knowledge, I felt comfortable taking one on. Working over the finance and signing the paperwork was such a breeze! Ozzie made my experience fast and simple compared to the first time I went through with Hyundai. These two put in a lot of work just to satisfy the customer because they don't just want to be any salesman, they also want to be a friend that you can trust whenever you have questions about making a huge purchase or decision on a car. Never felt pressured in making the purchase because they walked me through everything thoroughly. Even explained the minor details like how to care for your car's paint and how their BlueLink service worked. It was nice that they also weighed in their own opinions, so it wasn't one sided. I'm a person who's in his late 20s and going through his 3rd car since 2018, and I always wonder why can't my past experiences be like this? Donavan followed up with me the evening I got the car and also the next day! His exceptional customer service and demeanor were ultimately what sold me on getting the car the same day. I could have walked away and go to another dealership, but I knew I was in for a good ride. It's pretty amazing how much Hyundai has improved over the years. Their Ioniq 5 & 6 are fully loaded with tech that you see on higher end cars. Luckily, this dealership didn't offer any markups on the selection of cars they had. In the end, Donavan and Ozzie are great to work with to do your car shopping with.

I recently visited a Hyundai dealership with the intention of purchasing a Hyundai Sonata. Unfortunately, my experience with the salesman, Noble Mohammed, was far from satisfactory. Lack of Communication: Throughout my interaction, Noble's communication was minimal and unhelpful. This made the process confusing and frustrating. Silence During Test Drive: During the test drive, Noble was mostly silent. His lack of engagement made it difficult to get a good understanding of the car's features and performance. Negligence with Licenses: Shockingly, Noble did not check our driver's licenses before the test drive. This oversight could have led to serious legal and safety issues. Inconsiderate Behavior: In a particularly unpleasant incident, after making us wait outside in the cold, Noble instructed us to get into the car, only to lock it right before we could enter. This behavior was not only rude but also showed a lack of basic respect and professionalism. Incorrect and Uncertain Information: When asked about the car's specifications and features, Noble provided incorrect information and seemed unsure. This lack of knowledge is unacceptable for a car salesman and made me question the reliability of the dealership. Overall Standoffish and Rude Demeanor: Noble's general demeanor was standoffish and rude. He seemed disengaged and uninterested in assisting us, which was not only unprofessional but also made for an uncomfortable experience. My experience with Noble Mohammed at the Hyundai dealership was deeply unsatisfactory. His professional conduct and knowledge were subpar, impacting my perception of the dealership. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve future customer interactions.

Ricardo Rodriguez was really very helpful throughout the sale process. He helped me with all the initial questions whatever I had my queries. it took some time for me to get settled but yes he was there till end of the sales process and he delivered the car to me before I left the facility. Overall, he was very polite, hard-working, and honest. He even followed up with me after the sale to make sure I am happy with my new car.

When we visited this dealer they had each trim level and every exterior and interior color of the Ioniq 5 in stock and available to look at and sit in. We felt zero pressure from our sales guy who went as far as pulling a vehicle from a remote lot just so we could decide on the right model year features, and combination of exterior and interior colors. The sales process was friendly, with absolutely zero hassles. Not once did anyone utter the dreaded words of dealership double-speak: "l have to go check with my sales manager...". The general manager was helpful with information about rebates and incentives, the finance guy was efficient and everything worked out to the penny with no surprises or dubious dealer add-ons. We had a really positive experience and ended up with EXACTLY the car and the help along the way that we wanted. I'd work with this dealership again in a heartbeat.

Great customer service!!!! Noble, one of the salesman, was such a great guy to talk to and get all the information i need before buying anything from them. I came here looking for a vehicle for 15k with under 100k per owned,one owner if possible. After spending hours trying to get into a pre owned truck ( that wasn’t mine or the dealerships fault ) I ended up going with a better choice in vehicle and purchased this awesome 2014 VW golf for under 15,000$, 79k miles and a 1 owner. Super clean and really happy. The experience here was a 10/10. Within the first hour all the mangers and big boss had introduced themselves here and there and offered any other info or assistance I may have needed. Everyone I interacted with here was really cool i recommend anyone even not looking for a Hyundai to check out their pre owned lot, great selection
